Preference utilisation. 1. For the purpose of monitoring the functioning of the Agreement and calculating preference utilisation rates, the Parties shall annually exchange import statistics for a period starting one year after the entry into force of this Agreement until 10 years after the tariff elimination is completed for all goods according to the Schedules in Annex [X-x] (Tariff Elimination Schedules). Unless the [Trade Committee] decides otherwise, this period shall be automatically extended for five years, and thereafter this Committee may decide to subsequently extend it.

Preference utilisation. 1. For the purpose of monitoring the functioning of this Agreement and calculating preference utilisation rates, the Parties shall annually exchange import statistics and preferential tariff rates under this Agreement as well as applied most-favoured-nation (MFN) tariff rates.
Preference utilisation. After one year from the date of entry into force of this Agreement, the Parties shall exchange by 1 July each year annual import statistics for the previous year, including figures at tariff line level, on preferential and on non-preferential trade in goods between them.
Preference utilisation. For a period of 10 years after the entry into force of this Agreement, the Parties shall exchange quarterly figures at the tariff line level for HS Chapters 1 through 97, on imports of goods from the other Party that are subject to MFN‑applied tariff rates and tariff preferences under this Agreement. Unless the Parties decide otherwise, this period will be renewed for five years and may be subsequently extended by them.

  • Borrowing Powers 86) The Academy Trust shall not borrow against or so as to put at risk property or assets funded (whether in whole or in part) by the Secretary of State without specific approval of the Secretary of State, such approval may only be granted in limited circumstances. The Academy Trust shall not operate an overdraft except to cover irregularities in cash flow. Such an overdraft, and the maximum amount to be borrowed, shall require approval by the Academy Trust in General Meeting and in writing by the Secretary of State, and shall be subject to any conditions which the Secretary of State may reasonably impose.

  • Drawdown Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, each Advance shall be made to the Borrowers following receipt by the Agent from the Borrowers of a Drawdown Notice not later than 10:00 a.m. on the third Banking Day before the date, which shall be a Banking Day falling within the Drawdown Period for such Advance, on which the Borrowers propose such Advance is made. A Drawdown Notice shall be effective on actual receipt by the Agent and, once given, shall, subject as provided in clause 3.6.1, be irrevocable.

  • Repayment of Loans (a) The Borrower shall repay to the Lenders on the Maturity Date the aggregate principal amount of Committed Loans outstanding on such date.
