Preferential Use Space. 1. As to the portion thereof designated "holdroom" in Exhibit C:
a. For selling, issuing, and collecting passenger tickets and for the issuing of seat assignments.
b. For a waiting area for passengers boarding an aircraft.
c. For checking passengers and the "last minute" check-in of baggage.
d. For furnishing information to passengers and the general public.
e. For installing and displaying of Airline corporate identification on the check-in podium and background screen.
Preferential Use Space. All space designated as Preferential Use Space shall be space with the following characteristics:
(i) Airline shall be entitled to use Preferential Use Space included in the Demised Premises with others authorized in accordance with the provisions of Article 3.
(ii) Rent for all Preferential Use Space shall be based on City’s rates and charges, as calculated pursuant to this Agreement.
Preferential Use Space. In the event that secondary use of Preferential Space cannot be accomplished or is not desirable to the Requesting Airline, it shall be the responsibility of such Requesting Airline to bear all costs necessary to provide such space through remodeling and/or construction. Such remodeling and/or construction shall be subject to the provisions of ARTICLE 13 - CONSTRUCTION, MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS OF AIRLINE’S LEASEHOLD IMPROVEMENTS/TRADE FIXTURES herein.
Preferential Use Space. Preferential Use Space shall mean the holdroom area leased by Authority to Airline for its preferential use in the Terminal Building.
