Requesting Airline definition

Requesting Airline means a Scheduled Airline without adequate Gate access desirous of operating from the Airport.
Requesting Airline means any Scheduled Aircraft Operator that possesses, has an unconditional right to possess, or a contractual option under, subject to no other condition than acquisition of a right to use a Gate at the Airport, an Operating Authorization, or the right to use an Operating Authorization, (A) which “Requesting Airline” has made a request of the Port Authority to make Accommodations available to it at the Premises, or (B) which the Port Authority has determined must be accommodated at the Premises as provided for in Section 41 (Requesting Airlines).
Requesting Airline means an airline requesting the right to use, in common with Airline, all or a designated portion of Airline’s Preferential Use Gates in accordance with the provisions of Section 406.

Examples of Requesting Airline in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing and any other provision of this Article 6, City shall have the right, upon reasonable notice to Airline, to accommodate at a Preferential Use Ticket Counter arrivals and departures by a Requesting Airline during Airline’s Periods of Use of that Preferential Use Ticket Counter if Airline is not utilizing that Preferential Use Ticket Counter during the Period of Use for a Scheduled Operation.

  • Any Requesting Airline that is accommodated at any of Airline’s Preferential Use Gates shall be required to pay City the same charges for use of the Gate that it would have been required to pay for use of a Common Use Gate.

  • City shall, whenever it is practical to do so, schedule such operations by a Requesting Airline at Common Use Ticket Counters and shall consider the recommendations, if any, by the Resource Management Advisory Committee before scheduling Requesting Airline arrivals and departures at any Preferential Use Ticket Counters.

  • City shall have the right, upon reasonable notice to Airline, to schedule at a Preferential Use Ticket Counter departures by a Requesting Airline at all periods of time other than Airline’s Periods of Use of that Preferential Use Ticket Counter.

  • City shall have the right, upon reasonable notice to Airline, to schedule at a Preferential Use Gate arrivals and departures by a Requesting Airline at all periods of time other than Airline’s Periods of Use of that Preferential Use Gate.


More Definitions of Requesting Airline

Requesting Airline means any Airline requesting an accommodation for the use of space at the Airport because of plans to begin or to increase the number of flights at the Airport.

Requesting Airline means an airline desiring to provide new or expanded air transportation service to and from Airport but unable to obtain from County adequate Aircraft Parking Apron and Terminal space necessary for such purpose.

Requesting Airline means a Passenger Carrier requesting accommodation in the CPTC, as further specified in Sections 4.04 and 5.03.D.‌
