Requesting Airline definition

Requesting Airline means a Scheduled Airline without adequate Gate access desirous of operating from the Airport.
Requesting Airline means any Scheduled Aircraft Operator that possesses, has an unconditional right to possess, or a contractual option under, subject to no other condition than acquisition of a right to use a Gate at the Airport, an Operating Authorization, or the right to use an Operating Authorization, (A) which “Requesting Airline” has made a request of the Port Authority to make Accommodations available to it at the Premises, or (B) which the Port Authority has determined must be accommodated at the Premises as provided for in Section 41 (Requesting Airlines).
Requesting Airline means an airline requesting the right to use, in common with Airline, all or a designated portion of Airline’s Preferential Use Gates in accordance with the provisions of Section 406.

  • AIRLINE's accommodation of a Requesting Airline shall be subject to a written agreement between AIRLINE and Requesting Airline, approved in writing by AUTHORITY prior to the effective date thereof and Requesting Airline entering into an agreement with AUTHORITY to operate at the Airport.

  • In determining if AIRLINE shall be required to accommodate a Requesting Airline, AUTHORITY shall consider AIRLINE's capabilities, capacity, facilities, and personnel therefor, after taking into account AIRLINE's own requirements and contractual obligations, the compatibility of said Requesting Airline's proposed operations with those of AIRLINE, and the need for labor harmony.

  • If the Port is unable to meet the reasonable requirements of the Requesting Airline, as determined by the Port, after requiring the Signatory Airlines, including Airline, to accommodate the Requesting Airline in their preferential use space, the Port shall consider whether the reasonable requirements of the Requesting Airline could be met in a reasonable, cost-effective way by constructing temporary or permanent new facilities.

  • Any such agreements to accommodate a Requesting Airline must be in writing and are subject to approval by the Port under Article 18 of this Agreement.

  • If such common use space is unavailable or inadequate to meet the reasonable requirements of the Requesting Airline, as determined by the Port, the Port shall encourage Signatory Airlines voluntarily to accommodate the Requesting Airline, by subletting or otherwise making available for use by the Requesting Airline space within the Terminal that is subject to their exclusive or preferential use.

Requesting Airline means any Airline requesting an accommodation for the use of space at the Airport because of plans to begin or to increase the number of flights at the Airport.
