Requesting Airline definition

Requesting Airline means a Scheduled Airline without adequate Gate access desirous of operating from the Airport.

Requesting Airline means an airline requesting the right to use, in common with Airline, all or a designated portion of Airline’s Preferential Use Gates in accordance with the provisions of Section 406.

Requesting Airline means any Scheduled Aircraft Operator that possesses, has an unconditional right to possess, or a contractual option under, subject to no other condition than acquisition of a right to use a Gate at the Airport, an Operating Authorization, or the right to use an Operating Authorization, (A) which “Requesting Airline” has made a request of the Port Authority to make Accommodations available to it at the Premises, or (B) which the Port Authority has determined must be accommodated at the Premises as provided for in Section 41 (Requesting Airlines).

Examples of Requesting Airline in a sentence

• The Port will notify the Chair of the AAAC in writing when the Port has determined that a Requesting Airline cannot be accommodated in common use space, and the Signatory Airlines will have fifteen (15) calendar days from the receipt of such notice by the Chair of the AAAC to voluntarily agree to accommodate the Requesting Airline.

• Any such agreements to accommodate a Requesting Airline must be in writing and are subject to approval by the Port under Article 18 of this Agreement.

• AIRLINE's accommodation of a Requesting Airline shall be subject to a written agreement between AIRLINE and Requesting Airline, approved in writing by AUTHORITY prior to the effective date thereof and Requesting Airline entering into an agreement with AUTHORITY to operate at the Airport.

• In determining if AIRLINE shall be required to accommodate a Requesting Airline, AUTHORITY shall consider AIRLINE's capabilities, capacity, facilities, and personnel therefor, after taking into account AIRLINE's own requirements and contractual obligations, the compatibility of said Requesting Airline's proposed operations with those of AIRLINE, and the need for labor harmony.

• Airline shall not demand any additional payments from the Requesting Airline on account of its use of such a facility.

More Definitions of Requesting Airline

Requesting Airline means any Airline requesting an accommodation for the use of space at the Airport because of plans to begin or to increase the number of flights at the Airport.

Requesting Airline is defined in Section IV.E.2.c.

Requesting Airline means an airline desiring to provide new or expanded air transportation service to and from Airport but unable to obtain from County adequate Aircraft Parking Apron and Terminal space necessary for such purpose.

Requesting Airline means an airline desirous of operating a Scheduled Operation at the Airport and who requests the use of a Gate.

Requesting Airline means any Scheduled Aircraft Operator which has advised the Lessee that it would like the Lessee to make Accommodations available to it at the Premises and any Scheduled Aircraft Operator that the Port Authority has determined must be accommodated at the Premises as provided for in this paragraph (a).

Requesting Airline means AIRLINE or any other scheduled airline requesting facilities in the terminal complex.

Requesting Airline means any Scheduled Aircraft Operator (a) that possesses, has an unconditional right to possess, or a contractual option for, subject to no other condition than acquisition of a right to use a Gate at LGA Airport, an Operating Authorization, or the right to use an Operating Authorization, which “Requesting Airline” has made a request of the Port Authority to make Accommodations available to it at the Existing Terminal B Facilities or the New Terminal B Facilities, as applicable, or (b) which the Port Authority has determined must be accommodated at the Existing Terminal B Facilities or the New Terminal B Facilities, as applicable, as provided for in Article 32 (Requesting Airlines at LGA Airport).
