Customer Services Provide services and systems dedicated to customer service, including billing, remittance, credit, collections, customer relations, call centers, energy conservation support and metering.
Call Center Services Answer telephone inquiries during mutually agreed upon hours each day on which the Fund is open for trading. In the event that the Fund plans to be open on a business day when the New York Stock Exchange is to be closed, the Fund shall provide the Transfer Agent with reasonable advance notice and the parties shall discuss the call center resources available for such day. The Transfer Agent shall answer and respond to inquiries from existing Shareholders, prospective Shareholders of the Fund and broker-dealers on behalf of such Shareholders in accordance with the instructions provided by the Fund to the Transfer Agent for purpose of fulfilling its duties under this Agreement, including, accepting transaction requests on behalf of the Fund.
Support Services Other than the assistance provided in the Information, the BNPP Entities do not offer any support services in connection with the Software.
PROJECT SERVICES Landlord shall furnish services as follows:
Stockholder Services (i) Manage services for and communications with Stockholders, including answering phone calls, preparing and sending written and electronic reports and other communications;
Fund-related Contract Owner Services Maintain adequate fidelity bond or similar coverage for all Company officers, employees, investment advisors and other individuals or entities controlled by the Company who deal with the money and/or securities of the Funds. • Provide general information with respect to Fund inquiries (not including information about performance or related to sales). • Provide information regarding performance of the Funds. • Oversee and assist the solicitation, counting and voting of contract owner pass-through voting interests in the Funds pursuant to Fund proxy statements. Other Administrative Support • Provide other administrative and legal compliance support for the Funds as mutually agreed upon by the Company and the Funds or the Fund Administrator. • Relieve the Funds of other usual or incidental administrative services provided to individual contract owners. Billing Services Manager shall provide, or cause to be provided, the following billing services to P.C.:
Remittance Processing Services In order to provide a means of collection of the Receivables which will allow the Trustee to receive the proceeds of the Receivables and related security without AmeriCredit or its Affiliates having access to the funds, the parties hereto agree for the benefit of the Trustee that the processing services (the “Service(s)”) of Processor will be used for the collection and the deposit of remittances related to the Receivables and related security.
Shareholder Services Transfer Agent or its agent will investigate all inquiries from Shareholders of a Fund relating to Shareholder accounts and will respond to all communications from Shareholders and others relating to its duties hereunder and such other correspondence as may from time to time be mutually agreed upon between Transfer Agent and a Fund. Transfer Agent shall provide each Fund with reports concerning Shareholder inquires and the responses thereto by Transfer Agent, in such form and at such times as are agreed to by the Fund and Transfer Agent.
Marketing Services The Manager shall provide advice and assistance in the marketing of the Vessels, including the identification of potential customers, identification of Vessels available for charter opportunities and preparation of bids.
