Pregnancy and/or Parental Leave Allowance Repayment. To be entitled to the pregnancy and/or parental leave allowances pursuant to Article 21.2 and/or 21.4, an employee must sign an agreement that he/she will return to work and remain in the Employer's employ for a period of at least six (6) months after his/her return to work. Should the employee fail to return to work and remain in the employ of the Employer for a period of six (6) months, the employee shall reimburse the Employer for the pregnancy and/or parental leave allowance received under Articles 21.2 and/or 21.4 above in full.
