Preliminaries. The Contractor shall record in triplicate in a suitable A4 size triplicate book kept at the site, a daily record of work done, all site visits by the Principal Agent and other professional personnel and all events affecting the Works, such as progress, issue of plans, breakdown of machinery, etc. The labour, plant and material on site shall be recorded as well as work performed. Entries must be made by the Contractor and must be signed and forwarded to the Principal Agent for his counter- signature on a daily basis.
