Days Defined The term "days" as used in this grievance procedure shall mean calendar days.

Overtime Defined All time worked before or after the regular work day, the regular work week or on a holiday, as specified herein, shall be considered overtime.
Overtime Definition Overtime shall be defined as being all hours worked in excess of the normal or standard work day, or in excess of the normal or standard work week. Sick Leave Definition Sick leave shall be defined as time off the job because of: illness; bodily injury; exposure to a contagious disease; attendance upon members of the immediate family; death in the immediate family; and diagnostic treatment, dental procedures and optician services when such services are performed by duly licensed practitioners.
