Premium Entry. Entrant acknowledges and agrees that as part of the Premium Entry Package, in exchange for Entrant’s commitment of the Entry to participate in all Events during the season, Entrant is entitled to many benefits outlined in the Premium Entry Package, including the opportunity to enter the Events at reduced Event Entry Fees, compete for the Year End Point Fund / Prize Money, and receive the specified number of Single Event Credentials (SECs) at no charge at each Event. Therefore, if the Entry fails to participate in any Registered Event for any reason that is not approved by IMSA as Force Majeure, Entrant and the Entry shall be subject to the following: i. Entrant shall no longer be entitled to the Single Event Credentials included in the Premium Entry Package for the remainder of the Events during the season; ii. Entrant will continue to earn points towards and have the opportunity to place in the championship points standings, but shall forfeit the Year End Point Fund / Prize Money that is applicable to the Entry’s Championship point standings position; and iii. Entrant shall be subject to any other penalties listed in the RULES.

  • Room Entry The Manager subscribes to the principle that Residents are entitled to enjoy a reasonable right to privacy in residence Rooms. However, the Resident acknowledges that the Manager is entitled, without notice and without the Resident being present, to have authorized staff, the Institution’s security services, emergency services, or the police enter the Room at reasonable times under the following conditions: (a) to provide repair and maintenance services as detailed in section 4.05 of this Agreement; (b) to provide housekeeping services as detailed in section 4.06 of this Agreement; (c) to ensure the safety and security of the Resident and/or when there is reasonable cause to believe an emergency situation has arisen; (d) during the Winter Break to provide routine maintenance; (e) when there is reasonable cause to believe that terms of this Agreement and/or the Residence Community Living Standards detailed in section 7.01 and/or the law is being violated. Authorized staff are supplied with a uniform and identification that is visible at all times.

  • PREMIUM TAX The Reinsurer will not reimburse the Ceding Company for premium taxes.

  • Premium Payment The Bank shall pay any premiums due on the Policy.

  • PREMIUM ACCOUNTING The Company will pay the Reinsurer premiums in accordance with the terms specified in Exhibit C-1. The method and requirements for reporting and remitting premiums are specified in Exhibit F.

  • Premium Pay “Premium Pay” is a special pay rate for working during times that are less desirable, such as weekends, holidays or late shifts. The City will not pay the Consultant Premium Pay.

  • PREMIUM ADJUSTMENT If THE COMPANY overpays a reinsurance premium and THE REINSURER accepts the overpayment, THE REINSURER’s acceptance will not constitute or create a reinsurance liability or increase in any existing reinsurance liability. Instead, THE REINSURER will be liable to THE COMPANY for a credit in the amount of the overpayment. If a reinsured policy terminates, THE REINSURER will refund the excess reinsurance premium. This refund will be on a prorated basis without interest from the date of termination of the policy to the date to which a reinsurance premium has been paid.

  • Premium Payments If an employee with at least three years of service in the employ of the Shaker Heights Board of Education should exhaust his/her sick leave within the time specifications of this contract and is granted a leave of absence by the Board, the Board shall continue to pay his/her premiums in accordance with his/her work assignment for the following fringe benefits for a period not to exceed twelve (12) months.   • Payment of Reinsurance Premiums For automatic and facultative reinsurance, following the close of each calendar month, the Ceding Company will send the Reinsurer a statement and a listing of new business, changes and terminations. If a net reinsurance premium balance is payable to the Reinsurer, the Ceding Company will forward this balance within (60) sixty days after the close of each month. If a net reinsurance premium balance is payable to the Ceding Company, the balance due will be subtracted from the reinsurance premium payable by Ceding Company for the current month. The Reinsurer shall pay any remaining balance due the Ceding Company sixty days after the Ceding Company submits the statement.
