Premium for Xxxxxxx. An increased Xxxxxxx’x Premium of two percent (2%) for a total of ten percent (10%) will be provided for: (A) Individuals who successfully complete a jointly agreed upon Xxxxxxx’x Training Curriculum and, satisfactorily complete eight (8) hours of Supervisory Training annually.
