Common use of Premium Sharing Clause in Contracts

Eligible bargaining unit members who choose to enroll in the University’s health insurance plan will contribute the following percentages of the Fully Insured Equivalent or such other calculation as detailed in Appendix G or such lesser percentage that the University charges to any other employees, for medical, dental, vision and prescription drug benefits:
