Preparation Costs. If you request a Service from us and cancel that request before we provide the Service, you may be liable to pay us a Service Cancellation Charge for our costs incurred in preparing to provide the Service.

Preparation Costs. Subject to Section II (Direct Charges) and Section III (Overhead) of this Accounting Procedure, costs incurred by the Operator in making Material serviceable including inspection, third party surveillance services, and other similar services will be charged to the Joint Account at prices which reflect the Operator’s actual costs of the services. Documentation must be provided to the Non-Operators upon request to support the cost of service. New coating and/or wrapping shall be considered a component of the Materials and priced in accordance with Sections IV.1 (Direct Purchases) or IV.2.A (Pricing), as applicable. No charges or credits shall be made for used coating or wrapping. Charges and credits for inspections shall be made in accordance with XXXXX MFI-38 (“Material Pricing Manual”).
