Surveillance Services. The Supplier shall provide health and medical surveillance and health monitoring Services in accordance UK Legislation, including the Health and Safety at Work Xxx 0000 the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999, and specific regulations and associated guidance. The Supplier shall work with City of York Council to: Identify the tasks which legally require surveillance Services to be provided; Develop relevant health surveillance protocols; Identify with City of York Council those City of York Council Personnel who require surveillance Services; Record and monitor all surveillance Services provided, act in accordance with all legal requirements and provide a report to evidence this; Deliver and manage appointments for surveillance Services as requested by the City of York Council. Report immediately to the City of York Council if City of York Council Personnel are suffering work related exposures or are at risk of being exposed including those Personnel whose diagnosis would fall within the notification requirements of the relevant Reporting of Injuries and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations RIDDOR; Provide the City of York Council Personnel with the content of the health surveillance test and gain their consent to release it to the Contracting Authorities; and Provide all required documentation to the City of York Council to enable accurate records to be maintained. The Supplier shall ensure all assessments are developed in line with clinical practice, relevant legislation and published industry practices. The Supplier shall ensure that surveillance Services are undertaken by suitably skilled and experienced occupational health physicians, where required. The Supplier shall provide Surveillance Services, which include, but are not limited to: Animal allergy; Asbestos health check; Dermatology/skin assessment; Functional lung capacity evaluation; HAVS (Hand Arm Vibration); Noise assessment / hearing surveillance; Potential exposure to dangerous chemicals or other dangerous fumes; Respiratory health surveillance including Spirometry/lung function tests; Statutory health checks e.g. in relation to drivingRoad fuel testing unit health surveillance; Exposure to high risk hazards such as; asbestos, lead, substances in schedule 6 of the COSHH regulations, ionising radiation and work in compressed air; Biological monitoring or biological effect monitoring is required to measure and assess uptake and/or effects of exposure to substances The Supplie...

Surveillance Services. The County will provide staff, equipment and materials for the (i), processing and testing of the mosquitoes for the presence of disease carrying mosquitos, (ii) reporting of test results; and (iii) performance of spraying, fogging, and other abatement actions throughout the County portion of the Township as deemed necessary.
Surveillance Services. 1. These Services consist of an Employee responding to an alarm received by the monitoring room (PAC) and conducts an on-site investigation into the cause of the alarm. The Surveillance Ser- vices may also consist of opening and/or closing of a Site. 2. If the alarm system of the Customer is not connected to PAC of Securitas, but to the PAC of a third party, Securitas is not respon- sible or liable for the operation of that PAC of that third party and for any (incorrect) details provided by that PAC to the security of- ficer of Securitas who responds to the alarm. The PAC of said third party is responsible for the registration of any changes in the con- tact persons list of the Customer to be informed and action plans in the event of an alarm and ensures that the persons specified by Customer are contacted. 3. Irrespective of the cause, a needless alarm response will be deemed as a Surveillance Service and charged as such to the Customer. If the Employee is requested to visit the Site without an alarm this will be charged to the Customer. 4. Securitas shall not be liable for any delays in opening or closing the Sites resulting from unforeseen circumstances, such as unu- sually heavy traffic and unusual weather conditions. 5. The Services will not include breaking down work strikes, getting involved in any way in political or comparable disputes, or getting involved in disputes between the Customer and a third party. 6. Neither Securitas nor its Employees are obliged to use violence or to expose themselves to such. 7. Securitas shall not be liable for any delays in opening or closing the Site resulting from reasons beyond Securitas’ reasonable con- trol, such as unusually heavy traffic and unusual weather condi- tions.

  • Beta Services From time to time, We may invite You to try Beta Services at no charge. You may accept or decline any such trial in Your sole discretion. Beta Services will be clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation or by a description of similar import. Beta Services are for evaluation purposes and not for production use, are not considered “Services” under this Agreement, are not supported, and may be subject to additional terms. Unless otherwise stated, any Beta Services trial period will expire upon the earlier of one year from the trial start date or the date that a version of the Beta Services becomes generally available. We may discontinue Beta Services at any time in Our sole discretion and may never make them generally available. We will have no liability for any harm or damage arising out of or in connection with a Beta Service.

  • Cloud Services You will not intentionally (a) interfere with other customers’ access to, or use of, the Cloud Service, or with its security; (b) facilitate the attack or disruption of the Cloud Service, including a denial of service attack, unauthorized access, penetration testing, crawling, or distribution of malware (including viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, spyware, adware, and cancelbots); (c) cause an unusual spike or increase in Your use of the Cloud Service that negatively impacts the Cloud Service’s operation; or (d) submit any information that is not contemplated in the applicable Documentation.

  • Compliance Services (a) If Schedule I contains a requirement for the BNY to provide the Fund with compliance services, such services shall be provided pursuant to the terms of this Section 6 (the “Compliance Services”). The precise compliance review and testing services to be provided shall be as mutually agreed between the BNY and each Fund, and the results of the BNY’s Compliance Services shall be detailed in a compliance summary report (the “Compliance Summary Report”) prepared on a periodic basis as mutually agreed. Each Compliance Summary Report shall be subject to review and approval by the Fund. The BNY shall have no responsibility or obligation to provide Compliance Services other that those services specifically listed in Schedule I. (b) The Fund will examine each Compliance Summary Report delivered to it by the BNY and notify the BNY of any error, omission or discrepancy within ten (10) days of its receipt. The Fund agrees to notify the BNY promptly if it fails to receive any such Compliance Summary Report. The Fund further acknowledges that unless it notifies the BNY of any error, omission or discrepancy within 10 days, such Compliance Summary Report shall be deemed to be correct and conclusive in all respects. In addition, if the Fund learns of any out-of-compliance condition before receiving a Compliance Summary Report reflecting such condition, the Fund will notify the BNY of such condition within one business day after discovery thereof. (c) While the BNY will endeavor to identify out-of-compliance conditions, the BNY does not and could not for the fees charged, make any guarantees, representations or warranties with respect to its ability to identify all such conditions. In the event of any errors or omissions in the performance of Compliance Services, the Fund’s sole and exclusive remedy and the BNY’s sole liability shall be limited to re-performance by the BNY of the Compliance Services affected and in connection therewith the correction of any error or omission, if practicable and the preparation of a corrected report, at no cost to the Fund.
