Preparation of Bidding Information and Award of Bid The Engineer shall assist in the preparation of the necessary bidding information, bidding forms, Conditions of the Contract for Construction and the forms of Agreement between the Owner and Contractor. The Engineer will provide services for the recording of bids, provide a bid tabulation and the disbursement of information before and after the bid process. The Engineer will assist in the review of the Contractor bid submittals, bonds and insurances for compliance and accuracy and make a recommendation of award to the Owner of the construction contract of the best qualified Contractor. The Engineer shall assist the Owner in issuing the Notice of Award and Notice to Proceed.
