AWARD OF BID. The City reserves the right to award the bid in a manner that best serves the interests of the City of Naples.
AWARD OF BID. 1. The County shall award the bid to the best, responsive and responsible bidder complying with the provisions of the Invitation for Bid.
2. All bid awards are contingent upon available funding.
3. The Purchasing Agent reserves the right to award a bid by individual items, in aggregate, or in combination thereof as deemed necessary to fulfill the anticipated requirements of the County.
4. All awards over $1000.00 require a Purchase Order to be executed before any work can be started. Some awards will require a County contract.
AWARD OF BID. 4.1 It is the intent of the City/County to award multiple contracts, with per “Ton” or “Gallon” cost and plant proximity to project location being the determining factors in daily contractor selection.
AWARD OF BID. Will be based on price, discounts, availability of titles, past performance, references and the quality and capability of the online ordering system.
AWARD OF BID. The bid for construction of the Agency Improvements shall have been awarded to a general contractor.
AWARD OF BID. Prior to entering into a contract for construction of the water main, the Landowner shall submit to the City sufficient information necessary to verify that the improvements were bid in compliance with State Bid Law. The City’s Public Works Director or his designee shall ascertain bid compliance, and such person is hereby designated by the City as its representative for purposes of approval of the bid award. The City may, but shall not be required to, approve a bid that is in excess of the estimated amount contained in paragraph 8. If the parties do not agree on the lowest responsible bid, then both parties to this Agreement will be released from their respective obligations to construct and pay for water main improvements, but not from any of their other contractual or legal obligations regarding subdividing property.

AWARD OF BID. THE JRA RESERVES THE RIGHT:
a. To cancel and / or terminate the panel process at any stage, including after the closing date and or after the presentation has been made, and / or after the panel have been evaluated and / or after the preferred bidder/s have been notified of their status of such;
b. To cancel and/or terminate the contract or part thereof, post the award/s with consultation with the Supplier if is deemed necessary
c. Not to award or cancel this tender at any time and shall not be bond to accept the lowest or any bid.
d. To negotiate with one or more preferred bidder/s identified in the evaluation process, regarding any terms and conditions, including prices without offering the same opportunity to any other bidder/s who has not been awarded the status of the preferred bidder/s.
e. To accept part of the tender rather than the whole tender
f. To carry out site inspections, product evaluations or explanatory meetings in order to verify the nature and quality of the goods offered by the bidder/s, whether before or after adjudication of the bid.
g. To award a tender based on which bidder is offered the best value for money, even if such tender is not the lowest priced tender.
h. To terminate or amend the requirements of this contract at any point during the life cycle of the contract.
i. To appoint a reserve bidder that can be utilized at any time during the contract when necessary.
j. To award contracts to more than one Supplier for the same item.
k. To award the bid per item or per group, however preference will be given to Bidders that bid for all groups and items.

AWARD OF BID. Award of bid shall be made on the basis of the bid that is most advantageous to the Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority. In all instances, the decision rendered by the Airport Authority shall be final.
12.1 The Airport Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or parts thereof, and to waive any informalities or irregularities.
12.2 The Airport Authority reserves the right to hold bids for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of opening before awarding or rejecting said bids.
12.3 Severability exists with regard to acceptance or rejection of any item, group of items, or section unless bidder has stipulated specific limitations.
12.4 A purchase order and/or contract issued to the successful bidder shall be considered sufficient notification of award of the bid.
12.5 A contract shall not be assigned to any other person or entity without the consent of the Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority. Requests for assignment shall be submitted, in writing, to the Purchasing Manager.
AWARD OF BID. A. Award of the bid will be based on a combination of pricing, qualifications, and specific methods provided by the Contractor according to the generalized requirements in 1.01 C. and as determined by assigned City staff members.
