Preparation of Budget, Management Records and Accounts. (3:07:01) (a) For the purpose of fixing the Management Fee and other monies payable by the Owners, the Manager shall prepare an annual budget showing the estimated Management Expenses and Manager’s Remuneration for the ensuing financial year (as defined in Clause (3:07:02) of this Deed); such budgets (except the annual budget for the first financial year as defined in Clause (3:07:02) of this Deed) shall be prepared in consultation with the Owners or the Owners’ Committee or the Owners’ Corporation (if formed).

Preparation of Budget, Management Records and Accounts. (3:07:01) (a) For the purpose of fixing the Management Fee and other monies payable by the Owners, the Manager shall prepare an annual budget showing the estimated Management Expenses and Manager’s Remuneration for the ensuing financial year (as defined in Clause (3:07:02) of this Deed); each annual budget except the first one shall be prepared in consultation with the Owners or the Owners’ Committee or the Corporation (if formed). For the purpose of fixing the amount of Government Accommodation Maintenance Expenses payable by the Owner of the Government Accommodation, the Manager shall prepare an annual budget showing the estimated Government Accommodation Maintenance Expenses for the ensuing financial year (as defined in Clause (3:07:02) of this Deed). Under the Seventh Schedule of this Deed, the approval of the Government Property Administrator or person nominated by the Director of Lands is required before any liability for payment of any management and maintenance charges in respect of the Government Accommodation comes into effect.

  • Records and Accounting The General Partner shall keep or cause to be kept at the principal office of the Partnership appropriate books and records with respect to the Partnership’s business, including all books and records necessary to provide to the Limited Partners any information required to be provided pursuant to Section 3.4(a). Any books and records maintained by or on behalf of the Partnership in the regular course of its business, including the record of the Record Holders and Assignees of Units or other Partnership Securities, books of account and records of Partnership proceedings, may be kept on, or be in the form of, computer disks, hard drives, punch cards, magnetic tape, photographs, micrographics or any other information storage device; provided, that the books and records so maintained are convertible into clearly legible written form within a reasonable period of time. The books of the Partnership shall be maintained, for financial reporting purposes, on an accrual basis in accordance with U.S. GAAP.

  • Records and Accounts The Trustee shall maintain accurate and detailed records and accounts of all transactions of the Trust, which shall be available at all reasonable times for inspection by any legally entitled person or entity to the extent required by applicable law, or any other person determined by the Committee.

Limited Partners shall not have access to any information of the Partnership contained in its books and records which the General Partner is required by legal or contractual restriction to keep confidential or which, in the opinion of the General Partner, acting reasonably, should be kept confidential in the interests of the Partnership or may be kept confidential as provided in this Agreement, and each Limited Partner hereby waives any right to greater access to the books and records of the Partnership than is permitted herein, to the greatest extent permitted by Law.

  • FINANCIAL RECORDS AND AUDIT Seller shall retain all financial records and documents pertaining to the Goods for a period of no less than three years after final payment. Such records and documents shall date back to the time this Contract was issued and shall include without limitation, catalogs, price lists, invoices, underlying data and basis for cost estimates, and inventory records. Buyer shall have the right to examine, reproduce and audit all Seller records related to pricing, incurred costs and proposed costs associated with any proposals (prior to or after contract award), invoices or claims.

  • Examination and Retention of Contractor's Records (a) The HA, HUD, or Comptroller General of the United States, or any of their duly authorized representatives shall, until 3 years after final payment under this contract, have access to and the right to examine any of the Contractor's directly pertinent books, documents, papers, or other records involving transactions related to this contract for the purpose of making audit, examination, excerpts, and transcriptions.

  • Certified Payroll Records The records required in Labor Code section 1776 shall be required to be kept and submitted to the City of San Diego, but will not be required to be submitted online with the DIR directly.   • Records and Record Keeping Therapist may take notes during session, and will also produce other notes and records regarding Patient’s treatment. These notes constitute Therapist’s clinical and business records, which by law, Therapist is required to maintain. Such records are the sole property of Therapist. Therapist will not alter his/her normal record keeping process at the request of any patient. Should Patient request a copy of Therapist’s records, such a request must be made in writing. Therapist reserves the right, under California law, to provide Patient with a treatment summary in lieu of actual records. Therapist also reserves the right to refuse to produce a copy of the record under certain circumstances, but may, as requested, provide a copy of the record to another treating health care provider. Therapist will maintain Patient’s records for ten years following termination of therapy. However, after ten years, Patient’s records will be destroyed in a manner that preserves Patient’s confidentiality.

  • Financial Records and Reports Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, the Participant’s relevant financial records associated with this Agreement shall not be subject to examination or audit by NASA.
