Preparation of Final Voucher. Upon determining the balance due hereunder other than on account of claims, the Project Manager will prepare and certify, for the Commissioner’s approval, a voucher for final payment in that amount less any and all deductions authorized to be made by the Commissioner under this Contract or by Law. In the case of a lump sum Contract, the Commissioner shall certify the voucher for final payment within thirty (30) Days from the date of completion and acceptance of the Work, provided all requests for extensions of time have been acted upon.

Preparation of Final Voucher. Upon determining the balance due hereunder other than on account of claims, the Project Manager will prepare and certify a voucher for final payment in such amount less any and all deductions authorized to be made by the City under this Contract or by Law, provided all requests for extensions of time have been acted upon. All prior certificates and vouchers upon which partial payments were made, being merely estimates made to enable the Contractor to prosecute the Work more advantageously, shall be subject to correction in the final voucher, and the certification of the Project Manager hereon and the agreement of the Contractor thereof shall be condition precedent to the right of the Contractor to receive any money hereunder. Such final voucher shall be binding and conclusive upon the Contractor. Payment pursuant to such final voucher, less any deductions authorized to be made by the Director under this Contract or by Law, shall constitute the final payment. The City will make final payment to the Contractor within a reasonable time. The Contractor acknowledges that nothing contained in this Section is intended to or shall in any way diminish the force and effect of Section 3.06 hereof.

  • Preparation of Presentence Report The defendant understands the United States will provide to the Court and the United States Probation Office a government version of the offense conduct. This may include information concerning the background, character, and conduct of the defendant, including the entirety of his criminal activities.
