Preparation Time, Duty Free. a. The Administration desires to provide preparation period of forty (40) minutes per day to all grades 1-8 teachers. Both parties agree that an attempt will be made to provide a fair distribution of preparation time to the extent of the funds available. The goal is 40 minutes per day or 200 minutes per week.
