Present Conditions and Privileges. The Employer agrees that existing privileges not covered by this Agreement, and which do not conflict with the terms or principles of the Agreement, will not be withdrawn or altered during the term of this Agreement without good cause. The Employer will negotiate with the Union prior to any contemplated change.
