Preservation and Inspection of Documents. All documents received by the Trustee under the provisions of this Indenture shall be retained in its possession and shall be subject during business hours and upon reasonable notice to the inspection of the Community Facilities District, the Owners and their agents and representatives duly authorized in writing.

Preservation and Inspection of Documents. (A) All documents received by the Trustee under the provisions of this Indenture shall be retained in its possession and shall be subject during normal business hours of the Trustee to the inspection of the Authority and any Bondholder, and their agents and representatives duly authorized in writing, at reasonable hours and under reasonable conditions. (B) The Trustee covenants and agrees that it shall maintain a current list of the names and addresses of all the Bondholders.
