Common use of President and Chief Executive Officer Clause in Contracts

President and Chief Executive Officer. A President and Chief Executive Officer who shall be the Chief Executive Officer of the Company and shall in general supervise and control all of the business and affairs of the Company, subject only to such limitations as may from time to time be imposed by the Board of Directors.
