ADMINISTRATIVE AND ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT SERVICES.
a. The Deputy Minister is responsible for providing the Agency with the administrative and organizational support services listed in Appendix 3 to this MOU, and for negotiating with Ontario Shared Services concerning these services, as appropriate.
b. Appendix 3 may be reviewed at any time at the request of either party.
c. The Deputy Minister will ensure that the support or services provided to the Agency are of the same quality as those provided to the Ministry’s own divisions and branches.
ADMINISTRATIVE AND ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT SERVICES a. The Board has the authority and responsibility for its administrative services and is accountable to the Minister for those services.

a. The Deputy Minister is not responsible for providing the Agency with any administrative or organizational support services. The Board has the authority and responsibility for the Agency’s administrative services and the Board is accountable to the Minister for those administrative services.
ADMINISTRATIVE AND ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT SERVICES a. The Deputy Solicitor General is responsible for providing the Commission with the administrative and organizational support services listed in Appendix 2 to this MOU, and for negotiating with Ontario Shared Services concerning these services, as appropriate.
b. Appendix 2 may be reviewed at any time at the request of either party.
c. The Deputy Solicitor General will ensure that the support or services provided to the Commission are of the same quality as those provided to the Ministry’s own divisions and branches.
ADMINISTRATIVE AND ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT SERVICES. The Deputy Minister is responsible for ensuring that the Ministry provides the following administrative support services to the Agency and for negotiating with Ontario Shared Services concerning such services, as appropriate:
ADMINISTRATIVE AND ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT SERVICES. The following list includes support services provided by the Ministry to the Tribunal, either directly or through other Ontario Public Service providers:
a. Financial administration: pay and benefits administration, accounts payable and technical advice, purchasing, central mail and printing services, and records and form advisory services;
b. Human resource services: classification, advice and consultation regarding recruitment procedures and staff relations, job description writing, career counselling and staff development, and advice and consultation regarding corporate initiatives such as occupational health and safety;
c. Corporate educational opportunities and career planning services are available and open to Ministry staff assigned to support the Tribunal;
d. Information technology and telecommunications services: advice, consultation, and support;
e. Internal audit: financial compliance, management, human resource and information systems audits, operational reviews, and special investigations as required;

c) The Deputy Minister will ensure that the support or services provided to SLASTO are at least of the same quality as those provided to the Ministry’s own divisions and branches.
ADMINISTRATIVE AND ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT SERVICES a. The Board has the authority and responsibility for its administrative services, and it is accountable to the Minister for those administrative services
a. TFO is required to seek Lieutenant Governor in Council approval before purchasing, leasing or otherwise acquiring land or any interest in land, and selling or otherwise disposing of land or any interest in land.
ADMINISTRATIVE AND ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT SERVICES a. The Deputy Minister is responsible for providing ELTO with the administrative support services listed in Schedule 4 of this MOU, and for negotiating with Ontario Shared Services concerning these services.
b. Schedule 4 may be reviewed at any time at the request of either party.
c. The Deputy Minister will ensure that the support or services provided to ELTO are of the same quality as those provided to the Ministry’s own divisions and branches.
ADMINISTRATIVE AND ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT SERVICES a. The Deputy Minister is responsible for providing OEFC with the administrative and organizational support services listed in Appendix 4 to this MOU, and for negotiating with Ontario Shared Services concerning these services, as appropriate.
b. Appendix 4 may be reviewed at any time at the request of either party.
c. The Deputy Minister will ensure that the support or services provided to OEFC are of the same quality as those provided to the Ministry’s own divisions and branches.
d. Terms and conditions for specialized services provided by the Ministry are to be agreed upon between OEFC and the Ministry.
e. OEFC is a board-governed provincial agency in the AAD.. As such, OEFC may: perform administrative and specialized functions directly; obtain such services from external sources; and/or, obtain administrative and specialized services, such as legal, human resources, freedom of information, and communications services, from the Ministry.
f. Since OEFC does not have staff, it does not perform any of the above noted administrative or specialized functions directly. It currently performs these activities through third party agreements with the OFA and the Ministry of Finance.
