Common use of President’s Time Clause in Contracts

President’s Time. The President of the Association shall, at the request of the Association, be granted a leave of absence without pay during his/her term of office. During his/her term in office, his/her place on the salary scale will advance at the rate of a teacher on active status. Such leave shall be arranged so that payment of the president’s salary and deductions for retirement and fringe benefits will be made by the Office of Payroll and reimbursed by the Association.
