Approved Customer definition

Approved Customer means [***].
Approved Customer means a Customer designated as an Approved Customer by the Factoring Agent and the relevant Borrower for the purposes of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Approved Customer

Approved Customer means [customers of the Products within the Territory approved by the Board of the Company];
