Approved Customer definition

Approved Customer means [***].

More Definitions of Approved Customer

Approved Customer means an entity that fits one of the categories set forth in section 1.6 below, is approved by QLT in writing to receive the Product and/or Kits or has purchased the Products and/or Kits from Distributor in the past.
Approved Customer means a Customer designated as an Approved Customer by the Factoring Agent and the relevant Borrower for the purposes of this Agreement.

Unless otherwise consented to by the Company’s board of directors in its sole discretion, the Projects shall specifically exclude any services provided by the Company under, and any revenues generated from, any agreements between the Company and an Approved Customer that are in effect prior to the date that the Company and Executive agree to include the applicable customer as an Approved Customer pursuant to the terms of this Section 5, as such agreements may be amended from time to time. The Company shall pay Executive his portion of any amounts due to Executive on account of any Project within fifteen (15) days after the Company receives the final payment with respect to such Project from the applicable Approved Customer.
