The B5 Bioheating fuel pricing shall be based on 95% of the No. 2 average as described in §2.25, OPIS Posting Locations, plus 5% of the Soybean Oil price based on the posted price of Soybean Oil per pound as shown in The Wall Street Journal's “Cash Prices - Fats and Oils” for each Thursday's published Price (Wednesday’s settlement Price) then using a multiplier of 7.6465 to convert to gallons. The Wall Street Journal price (Wednesday’s settlement price) published Thursday, March 14, 2013 for Soybean Oil is $.4790/lb. Using this price and the multiplier of 7.6465 to convert lbs. to gallons creates a price of $3.6626/gal. for Soybean Oil.   • TECHNICAL EVALUATION (a) Detailed technical evaluation shall be carried out by Purchase Committee pursuant to conditions in the tender document to determine the substantial responsiveness of each tender. For this clause, the substantially responsive bid is one that conforms to all the eligibility and terms and condition of the tender without any material deviation.   • Annual Evaluations The purpose of the annual evaluation is to assess and communicate the nature and extent of an employee's performance of assigned duties consistent with the criteria specified below in this Policy.   • Annual Evaluation The Partnership will be evaluated on an annual basis through the use of the Strategic Partnership Annual Evaluation Format as specified in Appendix C of OSHA Instruction CSP 00-00-000, OSHA Strategic Partnership Program for Worker Safety and Health.   • PROCEDURES FOR EVALUATION A. The evaluations of school year employees covered by this agreement shall be completed no later than May 30 of each school year for 9-month employees and by June 30 for 10/12-month employees. The evaluation shall be reviewed with the employee, with a copy given to the employee at the conclusion of the review. An employee may present written comments, which shall be attached to the written evaluation document. The evaluator and employee shall sign the evaluation document. The employee’s signature does not constitute approval or disapproval, but only that the evaluation has been reviewed with the employee.
