  • English Language Learners The Charter School shall comply with all applicable federal laws and regulations relating to the provision of educational services to English Language Learners.

  • English Language (a) Any notice given under or in connection with any Finance Document must be in English.

  • English Language Controls Notwithstanding any translated version of this Agreement and/or specifications that may be provided to Registry Operator, the English language version of this Agreement and all referenced specifications are the official versions that bind the parties hereto.   • French Language Services If the HSP is required to provide services to the public in French under the provisions of the FLSA, the HSP will be required to submit a French language services report to the Funder. If the HSP is not required to provide services to the public in French under the provisions of the FLSA, it will be required to provide a report to the Funder that outlines how the HSP addresses the needs of its local Francophone community.

  • Contract Language The following language shall be included in contracts for City projects between the Consultant and any Subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers: Contractor shall not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, gender expression, gender identity, religion, national origin, ethnicity, sexual orientation, age, or disability in the solicitation, selection, hiring, or treatment of subcontractors, vendors, or suppliers. Consultant shall provide equal opportunity for Subcontractors to participate in opportunities. Consultant understands and agrees that violation of this clause shall be considered a material breach of the contract and may result in contract termination, debarment, or other sanctions.

  • Governing Language This Agreement has been negotiated and executed by the parties in English. In the event any translation of this Agreement is prepared for convenience or any other purpose, the provisions of the English version shall prevail.

  • Working language The working language of the partnership shall be English.

  • LANGUAGE OF COMMUNICATIONS All communications between You and Us including all communication of terms and conditions will be in English unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Directory Publication Nothing in this Agreement shall require Verizon to publish a directory where it would not otherwise do so.
