Printing and Reproduction. The reasonable costs of reproduction of reports, plans, and specifications except as otherwise provided in this Agreement and/or any TASK ORDER(s) issued hereunder, plus the hourly cost of the CONSULTANT's staff incurred for administration.
Printing and Reproduction. Cost for print- ing and reproduction services necessary for grant administration, including but not lim- ited to forms, reports, manuals, and informa- tional literature, are allowable. Publication costs of reports or other media relating to grant program accomplishments or results are allowable when provided for in the grant agreement.

Printing and reproduction of any reports, studies and final drawings, specifications, and cost estimates required by the TRUST in excess of those as set forth in Article 2 herein will be reimbursed at the actual cost thereof when printed by the CONSULTANT. When documents are printed by others, an administrative fee of not to exceed five percent (5%) may be added to the cost of reproduction and printing. Costs for these expenses will not exceed a total amount of $3,000.00 without prior approval of the TRUST.

Printing and Reproduction. Office copiers shall be provided according to Government policies for their use. The Contractor shall use NETL's Graphics and Printing facilities for the productions of documentation required in support of this SOW.
