PRIOR APPROVAL OF TRAVEL. Prior to commencing travel in performance of a contract or task order, the Contractor must obtain written approval from the Contracting Officer and/or Program Office COR, as specified in the contract or task order. The Contractor will provide, at a minimum, the number of persons in the party, traveler name(s), destination(s), duration of stay, purpose, and estimated cost.

PRIOR APPROVAL OF TRAVEL. Before undertaking any travel to any Government site or any other site in performance of this Contract, the Industry Partner shall have this travel approved by, and coordinated with, the Government COR. The Industry Partner shall notify the Government COR prior to any anticipated travel. Notification shall include, at a minimum, the number of persons in the party, traveler name, destination, duration of stay, purpose, and estimated cost. The COR approval is for coordination purposes. Approval to expend funds for travel must be granted in writing through the Task Order.

Approval of the Final Plans by Landlord is not a representation that the drawings are in compliance with the requirements of governing authorities, and it shall be Tenant’s responsibility to meet and comply with all federal, state, and local code requirements.
