Prioritize the Event. The PC agrees to diligently promote The Ve’ahavta Project and dedicate itself to prioritizing organizational, promotional, and recruitment efforts in the 90 days leading up to event day and for 30 days following event day. In addition, the PC agrees to not combine the Event fundraising efforts with other fundraising initiatives organized by the PC during the same period, so that The Ve’ahavta Project is preserved as a unique and fully distinct event. Any membership/enrollment drives or recruitment for the High Holidays are exempt from this condition.

  • Prioritization All reported incidents receive a priority number based on the impact and urgency of the service interruption. Impact is determined based on the number of people/departments/buildings that are affected by the interruption or outage. Life-Safety issues are taken into consideration for assessing and assigning priorities. Urgency is based on the acceptable delay to restore the service. Urgency can be critical or high and is determined based on the nature of the service outage. UNM IT may prioritize incoming incident requests as P1 or P2 priority if it meets one or more of the following criteria:  Significant number of people affected;  The level to which work is impaired for individuals;  Academic and Administrative Calendar deadlines;  Significant impact on the delivery of instruction;  Significant risk to safety, law, rule, or policy compliance.

  • Modification of the Small Generating Facility The Interconnection Customer must receive written authorization from the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner before making any change to the Small Generating Facility that may have a material impact on the safety or reliability of the New York State Transmission System or the Distribution System. Such authorization shall not be unreasonably withheld. Modifications shall be done in accordance with Good Utility Practice. If the Interconnection Customer makes such modification without the prior written authorization of the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner, the Connecting Transmission Owner shall have the right to temporarily disconnect the Small Generating Facility. If disconnected, the Small Generating Facility will not be reconnected until the unauthorized modifications are authorized or removed.

  • COOPERATION IN IMPLEMENTATION On demand of the other Spouse and without undue delay or expense, each Spouse shall execute, acknowledge, or deliver any instrument, furnish any information, or perform any other acts reasonably necessary to carry out the provisions of this Agreement. If a Spouse fails to execute any document as required by this provision, the court may appoint the court clerk or his or her authorized designee to execute the document on that Xxxxxx’s behalf.

  • Acceptance of the Work 19.1 The Contractor shall correct any Work that fails to conform to the requirements of the Contract Documents where such failure to conform appears during the progress of the Work, and shall remedy any defects due to faulty permitting, design, materials, equipment or workmanship which appear within a period of one year from the Date of Final Settlement of the Contract or within such longer period of time as may be prescribed by law or by the terms of any applicable special guarantee required by the Contract Documents.
