As a rule, we allow critical discussion of people who appear in the news or have a large audience of fans because of their profession or occupation. It is inadmissible to call for violence or harassing people based on their race, ethnic or national origin, sex, gender identity, religion, sexual orientation, disease or disability. We may permit the posting of hostile speech if this is done in order to raise awareness or to combat it. In such cases, we ask you to clearly express your intentions. OBEY THE LAW. You agree not to use Mascots for any purpose that is unlawful, prohibited or otherwise illegal, including doing anything that would damage, disable, or impair any property of Mascots or its members or, worse, the members themselves. This also means you won’t try to access property or systems of others, or attempt to obtain information or materials not intentionally made available to all Mascots members. If you break the law or do any of the aforementioned bad things, the contract will be immediately terminated. No 30 days’ notice; your membership and any future access under any circumstance will be gone immediately, without the refund of your deposit. ➢ KEEP UP WITH CHANGES TO THESE RULES AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Like so many things, Mascots will evolve and change over time (largely from input of members). With that may come changes in the rules and terms and conditions. If we change this agreement, we’ll let you know. By signing this document, you agree to remain familiar with and abide by all current (possibly updated) rules and terms and conditions.

Defendant further agrees that Xxxxxxxxx’s petition or otherwise request of any Washington court to grant Defendant a deferred prosecution pursuant to chapter 10.05 RCW for any criminal law violation occurring after the signing of this Agreement is a violation of this condition. Defendant’s commission of a civil infraction does not constitute a violation of this Agreement unless otherwise stated in this Agreement.

USD 506 is not responsible for any moving traffic violations, parking tickets, or any other city ordinances or state/federal laws regarding your driving habits and operation/care of your personal motor vehicle.
