Handling Requirements. For contracts that require the performance of work on government sites, the Contractor shall coordinate with the SDR all activities associated with the acquisition (including reporting hazardous materials used on government sites), handling, storage, accidental spills, and/or disposal of hazardous materials and/or waste. The Contractor shall notify the SDR of all hazardous and/or radioactive waste generated during performance of work. Such materials become Sandia-owned waste and the Contractor shall notify the SDR for proper disposal by Sandia. Contractor's assistance in disposal may be required by Sandia.

Handling Requirements. (a) Plants stored under temporary conditions prior to installation shall be the responsibility of the Contractor. (b) Plants stored on the project shall be protected at all times from extreme weather conditions by insulating the roots, root balls, or containers with sawdust, soil, compost, bark or wood chips, or other approved material and shall be kept moist, but not saturated at all times prior to planting. (c) Cuttings shall continually be shaded and protected from wind. Cuttings shall be protected from drying at all times and shall be heeled into moist soil or other insulating material or placed in water if not installed within 8 hours of cutting. Cuttings to be stored for later installation shall be bundled, laid horizontally, and completely submerged under 6 inches of water, buried in moist soil, or placed in cold storage at a temperature of 34°F with 90 percent humidity. Cuttings that are not planted within 24 hours of cutting shall be soaked in water for 24 hours prior to planting. Cuttings taken when the temperature is higher than 50°F shall not be stored for later use. Cuttings that already have developed roots shall not be used. (d) Stakes shall be installed as shown in any provided Plans. (e) Commercial plant ties may be used in lieu of hose and wire guying upon approval of the State and/or Purchaser. The minimum size of wire used for guying shall be 12-gauge, soft drawn. (f) Hose for guying shall be nylon, rubber, or reinforced plastic and shall have an inside diameter of at least 1 inch. (g) Tree wrap shall be a crinkled waterproof paper weighing not less than 4 pounds per 100 square feet and shall be made up of two sheets cemented together with asphalt. (h) Contractor shall use compostable, biodegradable, recycled, or bio-based containers made out of natural fibers when possible. Such container cost shall be included in the item price. (i) Contractor shall offer the service to wrap plants (e.g. plugs) for shipping when requested; plants may require a protective plastic bubble wrapping or other type of materials for shipping purposes. The Contractor may charge an additional charge for labor and material, providing the Purchaser is notified of any charges when an order is placed

Handling Requirements. (1) All Vidalia onions must be graded and packed in the Vidalia onion production area. No bulk shipments of Vidalia onions to destinations outside the Vidalia onion production area for packing or storage will be allowed, except as otherwise provided in these rules. Nothing contained in this definition shall authorize the repacking of Vidalia onions except as specifically authorized under Paragraph 40-7-8-.08 (1) (f) 2. of these rules.

  • Monitoring Requirements This Schedule sets out the contract management requirements which are applicable to the delivery of the Services.

  • ORDERING REQUIREMENTS Eligible Purchasers shall order Goods and/or Services from this Contract, consistent with the terms hereof and by using any ordering mechanism agreeable both to Contractor and Purchaser but including, at a minimum, a purchase order. When practicable, Contractor and Purchaser also shall use telephone orders, email orders, web- based orders, and similar procurement methods (collectively “Purchaser Order”). All Purchase Orders must reference the Contract number. The terms of this Contract shall apply to any Purchase Order and, in the event of any conflict, the terms of this Contract shall prevail. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary, in no event shall any ‘click-agreement,’ software or web-based application terms and conditions, or any other agreement modify the terms and conditions of this Contract.

  • Operating Requirements Any operating and technical requirements that may be applicable due to Regional Transmission Organization, Independent System Operator, control area, or the Connecting Transmission Owner’s requirements, including those set forth in the Small Generator Interconnection Agreement. Operating Requirements shall include Applicable Reliability Standards.

  • Bonding Requirements The Contractor is required to furnish a performance bond on the form in a form acceptable to the City, in a sum of not less than [insert bonding level] of the annual amount of the contract to guarantee the faithful performance of this contract. The bond must be approved as to sufficiency and qualifications of the surety by the Controller.

  • Training Requirements Grantee will: A. Authorize and require staff (including volunteers) to attend training, conferences, and meetings as directed by DSHS. B. Appropriately budget funds to meet training requirements in a timely manner, and ensure staff and volunteers are trained as specified in the training requirements listed at xxxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxxxx.xxx/hivstd/training/ and as otherwise specified by DSHS. Grantee shall document that these training requirements are met. C. Follow the appropriate DSHS POPS by funding opportunity (as per Section I: General Requirements for All Grantees) for training and observation requirements.

  • Filing Requirements Escrow securities will not be released under this Part until the Issuer does the following: (a) at least 20 days before the date of the first release of escrow securities under the new release schedule, files with the securities regulators in the jurisdictions in which it is a reporting issuer (i) a certificate signed by a director or officer of the Issuer authorized to sign stating (A) that the Issuer has become an established issuer by satisfying one of the conditions in section 3.1 and specifying the condition, and (B) the number of escrow securities to be released on the first release date under the new release schedule, and (ii) a copy of a letter or other evidence from the exchange or quotation service confirming that the Issuer has satisfied the condition to become an established issuer; and (b) at least 10 days before the date of the first release of escrow securities under the new release schedule, issues and files with the securities regulators in the jurisdictions in which it is a reporting issuer a news release disclosing details of the first release of the escrow securities and the change in the release schedule, and sends a copy of such filing to the Escrow Agent.

  • Forecasting Requirements 19.5.1 The Parties shall exchange technical descriptions and forecasts of their Interconnection and traffic requirements in sufficient detail necessary to establish the Interconnections necessary for traffic completion to and from all Customers in their respective designated service areas.
