Privacy of Documents and Information. Named Plaintiffs and Class Counsel 24 agree that none of the documents and information provided to them by Defendant shall be used for 25 any purpose other than settlement of the Lawsuit.
Privacy of Documents and Information. Class Representatives and Class Counsel agree that none of the documents and information provided to them by Defendants in connection with the Action and this Settlement shall be used for any purpose (including in any other litigation) other than settlement of the Action.
Privacy of Documents and Information. The Individual Plaintiffs and their counsel agree that they will abide by the terms of the Stipulated Protective Order Re Confidential Discovery entered in the Litigation. Plaintiffs and their counsel further agree that they will return to AnnTaylor any documents provided to them by AnnTaylor within one (1) year of the Effective Date, and that none of the documents and information provided to them by AnnTaylor shall be used for any purpose other than these Actions. Privacy of Documents and Information. The Plaintiff Class and Class Counsel agree that none of the documents and information provided to them by Allstate shall be used for any purpose other than prosecution of the Lawsuit. Within ten (10) days of the Effective Date of this Agreement if so requested by Defendant, the Plaintiff Class and Class Counsel shall return all copies of all documents marked as “confidential” which were produced to them during this litigation.
Privacy of Documents and Information. The Parties and their Counsel agree that they shall not use any of the documents and information Defendants provided to them during the course of this litigation for any purpose other than prosecution of this Class Action.
Privacy of Documents and Information. Plaintiffs’ Counsel agrees that none of the documents and information provided to them by Burlington and/or the Settlement Administrator shall be used for any purpose other than prosecution or settlement of the Lawsuit or the defense or prosecution of a malpractice action or defense of any state bar complaints.
Privacy of Documents and Information. Plaintiffs and Class Counsel agree that none of the documents and information, including but not limited to the class list and mediation data/information, provided to them by ACS shall be used for any purpose other than prosecution of this Settlement and will be disposed of consistent with the terms of the protective order previously entered into between the Parties. Moreover Class Counsel agrees to destroy all mediation information/data at the conclusion of this case, to the extent not already destroyed pursuant to the Court’s orders. ACS agrees that the identities of Approved Claimants will not be disclosed to their direct supervisors at ACS. ACS further agrees that Class Member’s participation in this Settlement shall have no affect on current or future employment. The Parties agree to make appropriate steps to secure the privacy of Class Member information consistent with Oregon law.
Privacy of Documents and Information. 9 84. Plaintiff and Class Counsel agree they will destroy all confidential documents and 10 information provided to them by Defendant in the Action within 30 days of the Payment 11 Obligation and Release Date, except for documents that must be saved for malpractice purposes. 12 Plaintiff and Class Counsel further agree that none of the documents and information provided to 13 them by Defendant shall be used for any purpose other than prosecution of this Action or the 14 defense or prosecution of a malpractice action.
Privacy of Documents and Information. All agreements made and orders entered during the course of this Class Action relating to the confidentiality of documents and information exchanged during the course of the Class Action shall survive this Settlement.

Plaintiffs and Class Counsel agree that they will destroy all confidential documents and information provided to them by Defendant within thirty (30) days of the Final Settlement. Plaintiffs and Class Counsel further agree that none of the documents and information provided to them by Defendant shall be used for any purpose other than prosecution of this Action.
