Stipulation of Settlement definition

Stipulation of Settlement means the Stipulation of Settlement with Ambac and the Individual Defendants, as approved by the Bankruptcy Court in the Stipulation of Settlement 9019 Approval Order and preliminarily approved by the District Court in the Securities Actions, and any amendments thereto and agreements entered into in connection therewith or pursuant thereto.
