Class Representatives and Class Counsel. Plaintiffs Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, and Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx are designated as representatives of the conditionally certified Class. The Court preliminarily finds that these individuals are similarly situated to absent Class Members and therefore typical of the Class, and will be adequate Class representatives.
