Privileges for Union Stewards and Union Officers. l. The State and the Union recognize that officers of Local 32BJ and l95 have in their relationship to their jobs a need for continuity in the assigned shift and grievance district which exceeds that of other fellow employees. It is agreed, therefore, that these local Union Officers and Stewards will not be routinely moved from one shift to another or from one grievance district to another.
