Common use of Pro-Children Act Clause in Contracts

Pro-Children Act. If any activities call for services to minors, each Party agrees to comply with the Pro- Children Act of 1994, 20 USC 7183 and its implementing regulations, that requires smoking to be banned in any portion of any indoor facility owned, leased, or contracted by an entity that will routinely or regularly use the facility for the provision of health care services, day care, library services, or education to children under the age of eighteen (18).
