Probationar y Period. A new employee w i l l be considered on probation u n t i l he has completed three hundred and thirty - seven and one - half (337 ) hours of work. Upon completion of the probationary period he shall be credited with seniority equal to three hundred and thirty - seven and one - half (337 hours worked since t h e " starting date " date of last hire.
