Probationary Service. 3.1 The probationary period shall only apply during the first term of employment with the Company and shall be one third of the contract length but in any case, no more than ten weeks. During this period both the seafarer and/or the Company shall be entitled to terminate the employment prior to the expiry of the contract during this period.
