Problems with Goods or Services. 14.1 We are not responsible for goods or services purchased with Cards or on your Account and you agree to resolve any disputes concerning such goods or services directly with the seller or service provider. Without limiting the previous sentence, we do not own or operate any provider of travel services, such as airlines, hotels or rental cars, and we are not liable for deficiencies or failures in their services, even where we book such services for you as a travel agent.
14.2 If, at your request, we agree to charge back a seller of goods or services, you agree to indemnify us for any claim against us based upon the rejection of the goods or services or that charge back.

We are not responsible for goods or services purchased with Cards or on the Corporate Card Account and the Company and/or Cardmember/Designated Individual agrees to resolve any disputes concerning such goods or services directly with the seller or service provider. If, at the Company’s and/or the Cardmember’s/Designated Individual’s request, we agree to charge back a seller of goods or services, the Company and/or the Cardmember agrees to indemnify us for any claim against us based upon the rejection of the goods or services or that charge back.
Problems with Goods or Services. Company agrees to resolve any disputes concerning goods or services purchased using a Token Number directly with the Supplier. If Company believes any charge incurred on a Token Number and shown on a consolidated monthly statement in connection with its American Express Account is in error or in dispute with the Supplier, Company may request, and American Express may institute and maintain for a reasonable period, a temporary credit on the underlying American Express Account in the amount of the disputed portion of the charge while American Express investigates the error.
