Corporate Card Account definition

Corporate Card Account means any account we maintain in relation to the Card;
Corporate Card Account means the corporate card account maintained by us in your name in respect of all Cards;
Corporate Card Account means the American Express® Corporate Card Account which the Company has requested Amex to establish and operate in its name, and on which Amex will issue Corporate Cards bearing the Company and the Cardmember’s name. “Co-brand Partner” means any organization whose name, logo or trademark appears on your application for the Corporate Card or on the Corporate Card issued to you.

Corporate Card Account means any account we maintain in relation to the Card. “Card” means a pound sterling American Express Corporate Card or any other Account access device we issue for the purpose of accessing your Account to purchase goods and/or services for Your Company’s business purposes. “Card Account Agreement” means the terms and conditions which apply to your use of the Card. “Data” shall have the meaning given to it in the “Use of personal information” section. “Linked Membership Rewards Account” means a single Membership Rewards points Account where your Membership Rewards points are recorded in relation to your Corporate Card Account and another American Express card billed in pounds sterling. “Loyalty Programme Partner” means a third party company we partner with which offers a loyalty programme. “Membership Rewards points” and “points” means the points earnt under the Membership Rewards Programme and lodged against the Membership Rewards points Account. “Membership Rewards Programme” and “Programme” means the personal tier of our proprietary rewards programme under which approved enrolees can earn Membership Rewards points for their personal use based on spend on a Card which can then be redeemed for rewards. “Membership Rewards points Account” means the Membership Rewards Programme account against which Membership Rewards points are recorded. “Membership Rewards Programme Fee” or “Fee” means the annual fee charged for participation in the Membership Rewards Programme. “Online Service” means any internet-based tools, websites, applications, software programs, systems and/or services which we may make available to you. “Terms and Conditions” means these Corporate Cardmember Membership Rewards Terms and Conditions. “We”, “our” and “us” means American Express Services Europe Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under registration number 01833139, with its registered address at Belgrave House, 00 Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxx XX0X 0XX, Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx, authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority under the Payment Services Regulations 2009, reference number 661836, for the provision of payment services, including its successors and assignees. “You”, “your” and the “Cardmember” means the person whose name appears on the Card which is enrolled in the Membership Rewards Programme. “Your Company” means the company, business or firm that we have an agreement with for the provision of the Card and by whom you are authorised to incur business expenditure on ...
Corporate Card Account means the credit card account maintained by Al Masraf opened in the name of the Customer for the purpose of issuance of a Corporate Cards to any Cardholders designated by the Customer. Al Masraf will record and post in the Corporate Card Account all credits and debits received or incurred by using the Corporate Cards pursuant to these terms and conditions and includes, without limitation, all debts incurred resulting from any Cash purchases, Cash Advances and/or Charges and/or liabilities arising out of or in connection with any Card Transaction or otherwise.

  • Card Account means the account maintained with the Bank in respect of the card;

  • Debit Card means a card issued by the Financial Institution that allows the holder of the card to deposit cash and/or Instruments or withdraw cash from the Account through an ATM, authorize Transactions on the Account through an ATM, and that operates like an Instrument to purchase goods and services from merchants.

  • Client Account means the unique personalised account of the Client consisting of all Completed Transactions, Open Positions and Orders in the Trading Platform, the balance of the Client money and deposit/withdrawal transactions of the Client money.

  • Credit card means any card, plate, coupon book, or other credit device ex- isting for the purpose of obtaining money, property, labor, or services on credit.

  • Online Account means the Bank account from which you will be conducting transactions using a Service;

  • Card means any card or other account access device we issue for the purpose of accessing your account.

  • Checking Account means a Demand Deposit account (DDA), a Negotiable Order of Withdrawal (NOW) account, a Savings account and a Money Market account at the Bank that you open through the Bank website; "Account" includes any Checking, Certificate of Deposit, or Savings account at the Bank opened through the Website or in person; "Card" means an automated teller machine card and/or a VISA debit card that accesses your Checking, Savings, Money Market, or NOW account; "PIN" means the personal identification number you use in connection with your Card; "Password" means the password you use to access the Website and your Bank Accounts through a personal computer or other electronic terminal; "Access Device" means your Card, Password, or other device or code we make available to you to access your Accounts; "Business Day" means Monday through Friday, except federal holidays; and "Authorized User" means any person you authorize or permit to use your Card, Password or other Access Device to access your Accounts, whether that person uses the Access Device to obtain information or to conduct a transaction. You can arrange for direct deposits to your checking and savings account(s). • Preauthorized Credits/Debits. We accept, on your behalf preauthorized Credits/Debits drawn on your Deposit Accounts which allow unrestricted activity. Through our electronic bill payment service, you are able to electronically transfer funds from your Deposit Account to other parties, provided the account allows such activity. We may conduct these transactions via Automated Clearinghouse (ACH) transfer. We may also accept and direct funds by wire transfer. Each of these services has unique fees associated with the transaction. Please consult our Schedule of Fees herein. When you provide the party initiating the withdrawal or deposit with advance authorization to make recurring ACH transfers to or from your Account, the transfers are referred to as "preauthorized transfers." Because these preauthorized transfers are performed electronically through the ACH, they are governed by federal regulations pertaining to EFT Services, which entitle you to certain benefits and protections in connection with the EFT Services, such as the right to receive a copy of your written authorization to make preauthorized transfers from your Account from the party that obtains it. • ATM and Point-of-Sale Transactions. ATM Transactions. ATM Cards issued by us to you remain our property and you may be requested to return the Card to us at any time for any reason. Each card is used in conjunction with an authorizing Personal Identification Number ("PIN"). To guard against someone initiating a transaction that you have not authorized, you must take all reasonable precautions to prevent any other person from learning your PIN. If you permit or authorize another person to use your Card and PIN, you will be liable for all resulting transactions. You may use your Card at ATMs which are a part of an Electronic Funds Transfer service network to which the Bank belongs ("EFT network"). ATM withdrawals are available up to the daily authorization limits disclosed below, provided the available balance in the Deposit Account associated with your card is greater than or equal to the amount requested, plus any fees that may be charged along with the cash disbursement. • Withdraw cash from your Checking Account. • Find out your Checking Account balances. • Transfer funds between your own accounts at the Bank (if available on the ATM in use). • Withdraw cash from your Savings Account. • Make deposits to your own accounts.

  • Merchant Account means the merchant account facility agreed between you and the Merchant Acquiring Bank.
