Corporate Card Account means the American Express® Corporate Card Account which the Company has requested Amex to establish and operate in its name, and on which Amex will issue Corporate Cards bearing the Company and the Cardmember’s name. “Co-brand Partner” means any organization whose name, logo or trademark appears on your application for the Corporate Card or on the Corporate Card issued to you.

  • The Corporate Card issued to you is for use in connection with a Corporate Card Account opened in the name of the Company.

  • Obviously, you may return an item or ticket to an Establishment for credit to the Corporate Card Account if the Establishment permits such returns.

  • The Company and the Cardmember also agree that for as long as the Card is active, and unless we received a request to cancel or terminate it, the Corporate Card Account or the Cardmember’s/Designated Individual’s Card will continue to incur fees even if the Card has not been used.

  • The Company and Cardmember will only use Corporate Cards and/or the Corporate Card Account for business purposes and in accordance with applicable Company policies.

Corporate Card Account means the credit card account maintained by Al Masraf opened in the name of the Customer for the purpose of issuance of a Corporate Cards to any Cardholders designated by the Customer. Related to Corporate Card Account

  • Card Account means the account maintained with the Bank in respect of the Card;

  • Debit Card means a card issued by Us that allows the holder of the card to deposit cash and Instruments or withdraw cash from the Account through an ATM, authorize Transactions on the Account through an ATM, and that operates like an Instrument to purchase goods and services from Merchants or that can be used with Mobile Payment Services. A virtual Debit Card is the electronic equivalent of a Debit Card when used with Mobile Payment Services. All references to “Debit Card” in this Agreement include a virtual Debit Card registered for use with the Mobile Payment Service.

  • Client Account means the unique personalized account of the Client consisting of all Completed Transactions, Open Positions and Orders on the Platform, the Balance of the Client money and deposit/withdrawal transactions of the Client money. It is understood that the Company may use the term Trading Account or Account on its Website or communications, which shall mean your Client Account.

  • Credit card means any card, plate, coupon book, or other credit device ex- isting for the purpose of obtaining money, property, labor, or services on credit.

  • Online Account means the Bank account from which you will be conducting transactions using a Service;

  • Card means credit, debit, smart or other charge or pre-paid cards branded as follows: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Visa Debit, Solo, Maestro (subject to the Codes of Practice).

  • Debit means a charge or an amount of money somebody must pay. If we debit money to you or debit money to your account, that money is then added to the unpaid balance and the unpaid balance becomes larger. In this case “charge” and “debit” have similar meanings.

  • Merchant Account means the merchant account facility agreed between you and the Merchant Acquiring Bank.

  • Billing Account is the checking account from which all Service fees will be automatically debited.
