Procedural Guidelines. 1. Employees seeking access to sick leave credits for the purposes of regular local specialist, medical or dental appointments will apply to their principal/supervisor (Caretaking and Maintenance Staff apply to their respective Area Supervisor). The Principal/Supervisor/Area Supervisor may approve the utilization of sick leave in such cases (usually part day requests).
