Procedure for Change or Amendment. Either party desiring changes in this Agreement must notify the other party in writing by following procedures defined herein; however, changes may be made at any time by mutual consent.

Procedure for Change or Amendment. If changes are to be made, notification shall be given by the party proposing the changes, in which case the same procedures as outlined heretofore will be followed. The Association or the Board may reopen negotiations with the mutual consent of both parties.
