Procedure for Review of Plant Operation and Marketing of Power. PSNH shall annually file a report and such other information as the PUC shall require for review by the PUC supporting PSNH’s plant operations and the results of the sale of the output from PSNH’s plants, entitlements and purchase obligations. Such filings shall be made on a time schedule to be determined by the PUC.
