Letters of Appointment Letters of appointment of members shall be issued by the President or designate. Such letters of appointment shall be consistent with the articles of this Agreement, and shall include:
Medical Appointments Medical appointments may be charged to sick leave, provided the minimum time charged is not less than one-half (1/2) hour. Each absence shall be reported separately and authorized in advance by the employee's immediate supervisor.
Appointment of mediator Within 10 Working Days of receipt of the notice referring the Dispute to mediation, the parties must attempt to agree on the identity of the mediator and, if they cannot agree within that timeframe, the mediator will be appointed by the President (or their nominee) of the New Zealand chapter of the Resolution Institute.
APPOINTMENTS AND PROMOTIONS 17.1 Appointments and promotions shall be based on merit and fitness to be ascertained so far as practicable by competitive examinations. Office of Inspector General Investigative Findings Expert Review In accordance with Senate Bill 799, Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., if Texas Government Code, Section 531.102(m-1)(2) is applicable to this Contract, Contractor affirms that it possesses the necessary occupational licenses and experience.
