Procedure Upon Return from Maternity Leave. When an employee decides to return to work after maternity leave, she shall provide the Employer with at least three (3) weeks' notice in writing. On return from maternity leave, the employee shall be placed in her former position. If the former position no longer exists, she shall be placed in an equivalent position in her department.
