Processing Service. The execution of this Agreement does not authorize or set forth the terms and conditions of processing services by MarkWest at the Sherwood Plant. Processing services at the Sherwood Plant will only be rendered after the execution of appropriate agreements with MarkWest for the processing of Gas, the exchange of Plant Products for fractionated products and the marketing thereof. Gatherer will not deliver any Gas to the Interconnection that is not subject to such agreements with MarkWest for the Sherwood Plant.
Processing Service. (a) Based on a Customer’s Transaction request, CIBC FirstCaribbean will process one or more of the following Transactions through the E-Pay Service:
Processing Service. A range of services the Bank offers the Merchant which makes it possible, via electronic channels, to make payments, including internet payments, and withdraw cash, with the use of a relevant payment instrument;
Processing Service. Client hereby affirms that the delivery of any subpoena, notice and other court document arising from the litigation under this Agreement and during the proceeding of litigation to the address indicated at the front of this Agreement shall deemed a complete service. The change of such address is ineffective unless Bank is notified in advance.
