PROCUREMENT ENTITY'S REQUIREMENTS. This Section contains the Procuring Entity's Schedules of Requirements, Specifications, Drawings, and supplementary information that describe the items to be procured. The Requirements shall also include (if so required) the environmental, social, health and safety requirements to be satisfied by the Tenderer in executing the contract.
