Productivity Improvement / Cost Reduction. During the term of this Order, AT&T and Supplier shall work together to reduce total time and work time per customer order and improve all tasks associated with this Program recognizing that quality must not be impaired. Supplier agrees to identify productivity improvements to drive cost reductions and headcount reductions associated with Supplier’s billable rates, AT&T’s Program Representative has sole discretion to review and approve any headcount reduction, productivity improvement and/or cost reduction initiative identified by Supplier. If such headcount reduction, productivity improvement and/or cost reduction initiative is approved by AT&T, Supplier shall implement such initiative and once the cost savings have begun to be realized, all applicable cost reductions shall immediately be applied to all charges by Supplier invoiced to AT&T, per the applicable rates listed in Section VIII PRICING SCHEDULE and any gain sharing initiatives that have been mutually agreed upon. If any substantial expense or capital investment is required by Supplier to implement an approved productivity improvement or cost reduction initiative, AT&T and Supplier will mutually agree to any such investment arrangement. Proprietary Information The information contained in this Agreement is not for use or disclosure outside AT&T, Supplier, their Affiliates and their third party representatives, except under written agreement by the contracting Parties. Within forty-five (45) days of the signing of this Agreement, Supplier and AT&T will work to identify and quantify productivity improvement opportunities for cost reductions referenced above. AT&T and Supplier have agreed to evaluate gain sharing opportunities on a case-by- case basis. If both parties mutually agree to a specific gain sharing initiative, the associated agreement shall specify how the realized cost savings will be applied.

  • Needs Improvement the Educator’s performance on a standard or overall is below the requirements of a standard or overall, but is not considered to be unsatisfactory at this time. Improvement is necessary and expected.

  • Quality Improvement VRC shall develop programs designed to improve the quality of care provided by the Radiologists and encourage identification and adoption of best demonstrated processes. Practice and VRC acknowledge that, in connection with such quality improvement activities, it may be necessary to provide VRC with Protected Health Information and Practice and VRC agree to treat such information in accordance with Article 9;

  • Productivity Allowance A productivity allowance per hour worked will be paid to employees engaged upon construction work from the date of agreement. This allowance will not be subject to penalty addition and shall be in lieu of all or any Parent Award disability allowances, with the exception of the multi-storey allowance. Site/Project Allowances will be paid in addition to the productivity allowance where such an addition is either: (i) Where such an allowances is awarded by the Industrial Relations Commission; or (ii) Where such an allowance is required by a site condition specified at the time of tender. It is incumbent upon the company to enquire of the Head Contractor/Client at the time of tender whether a site/project allowance is required to be paid and in particular whether it is required to be paid in accordance with the Construction Industry Site Allowance Matrix: or (iii) If the Contract between the Employer and the Head Contractor/Client does not contain provision for a site allowance, and after the contract is made the head contractor makes an agreement under which a site allowance is payable, then the head contractor should then agree in writing to reimburse the employer the full cost of the said allowance.

  • Project Cost An updated cost spreadsheet reflecting the current forecasted cost vs. the latest approved budget vs. the baseline budget should be included in this section. One way to track project cost is to show: (1) Baseline Budget, (2) Latest Approved Budget, (3) Current Forecasted Cost Estimate, (4) Expenditures or Commitments to Date, and (5) Variance between Current Forecasted Cost and Latest Approved Budget. Line items should include all significant cost centers, such as prior costs, right-of-way, preliminary engineering, environmental mitigation, general engineering consultant, section design contracts, construction administration, utilities, construction packages, force accounts/task orders, wrap-up insurance, construction contingencies, management contingencies, and other contingencies. The line items can be broken-up in enough detail such that specific areas of cost change can be sufficiently tracked and future improvements made to the overall cost estimating methodology. A Program Total line should be included at the bottom of the spreadsheet. Narratives, tables, and/or graphs should accompany the updated cost spreadsheet, basically detailing the current cost status, reasons for cost deviations, impacts of cost overruns, and efforts to mitigate cost overruns. The following information should be provided:

  • School Improvement 1. The Board and the Association agree that employee participation in decision making is effective in providing positive results for education. 2. The provisions contained in this section shall apply to all school improvement plans, programs or processes set forth by school improvement committees established in the Xxxxxxx-Xxxxxx School District as a result of Section 1277 of the Revised School Code. 3. It is understood that participation on school improvement committees is voluntary. Further, employees who participate, or are non-participants, in such activities shall not be negatively evaluated for any conduct relative to such committees. 4. In the event that any provision(s) of a school improvement plan, program or process or application thereof violates, contradicts, or is inconsistent with this Collective Bargaining Agreement, the Collective Bargaining Agreement shall prevail.

  • Improvement Any alteration to the land or other physical construction located on or off the Property that is associated with this subdivision/PUD and building site developments.

  • Development Costs Licensee shall be responsible for all of its costs and expenses in connection with the Development of, and obtaining and maintaining Regulatory Approvals for, the Licensed Products in the Field in the Territory.

  • Project Cost Overruns In the event that the Recipient determines that the moneys granted pursuant to Section II hereof, together with the Local Subdivision Contribution, are insufficient to pay in full the costs of the Project, the Recipient may make a request for supplemental assistance to its District Committee. The Recipient must demonstrate that such funding is necessary for the completion of the Project and the cost overrun was the result of circumstances beyond the Recipient's control, that it could not have been avoided with the exercise of due care, and that such circumstances could not have been anticipated at the time of the Recipient's initial application. Should the District Committee approve such request the action shall be recorded in the District Committee's official meeting minutes and provided to the OPWC Director for the execution of an amendment to this Agreement.

  • Improvement Plan A detailed, written plan collaboratively developed between the teacher and evaluator, utilized when a teacher receives an Evaluation Rating of ineffective. The approved form for the Improvement Plan is attached to this agreement as Appendix .

  • Performance Improvement Plan timely and accurate completion of key actions due within the reporting period 100 percent The Supplier will design and develop an improvement plan and agree milestones and deliverables with the Authority 3.2 The Authority may from time to time make changes to the KPIs measured as set out in paragraph 3.1 above and shall issue a replacement version to the Supplier. The Authority shall give notice In Writing of any such change to the KPIs measured and shall specify the date from which the replacement KPIs must be used for future reports. Such date shall be at least thirty (30) calendar days following the date of the notice to the Supplier.
