Professional Associate IV. (a) Professional Preparation: The Doctorate or equivalent, normally in the area of specialization, is required. (b) Professional Experience: At least fifteen (15) years of service in the specialty are required. At least twelve (12) of the fifteen (15) years must be in an academic environment.
