Professional Association Fees. 23.1 Employees will be reimbursed (on presentation of official receipts) the membership fee of no more than one professional association per annum (as listed below) up to the maximum level set out below if: • the membership is directly relevant to the employee’s duties; and • the professional association does not act as the acting union for its members.
