RE-DEPLOYMENT. Employees may be redeployed to a new job at the same or lower salary in the same or new location. 25.6.1 Where the new job is at a lower salary, an equalisation allowance will be paid to preserve the salary of the employee at the rate paid in the old job at the time of redeployment. The employer can preserve the salary in the following ways: (a) A lump sum to make up for the loss of basic pay for the next two years (this is not abated by any subsequent salary increases); or (b) An ongoing allowance for two years equivalent to the difference between the present salary and the new salary (this is abated by any subsequent salary increases). 25.6.2 Where the new job is within the same local area and extra travelling costs are involved, actual additional travelling expenses by public transport shall be reimbursed for up to 12 months. 25.6.3 The redeployment may involve employees undertaking some on-the-job training.

RE-DEPLOYMENT. The parties agree that to ensure the viability of the Company’s operations and to enhance the job security of employee/s will perform such duties as required. Provided that duties are within the employee/s level of competency, knowledge and skill and the health and safety of employee/s is not compromised. No employee who carries out the duties of a lower classification level will have his/her wage rate reduced as a result of performing such duties. It is further agreed that this clause will not be used to promote the xx- xxxxxxxx of any employee.

The duties which an employee is directed to perform must be within that employees level of competency, knowledge and skill. If an employee is directed to perform duties which they don’t believe they are competent to perform that can refuse to perform that task until the matter is resolved through the dispute procedure. If an employee carries out duties of a lower classification level than their normal classification level, then that employee will not have their wage rate reduced as a result of performing such duties. Job Descriptions have been prepared and will be made available at each location. Interviews will be conducted with each employee to ensure a clear understanding of their preferences. Additionally we will ensure all job vacancies are sent to the locations and will arrange tours of the Plant for employees to look at the available jobs and location. Personnel seeking to relocate to Xxxxxxxx will be treated on an individual basis. During this process we will be moving employees around on the farms to ensure that we can retain effective operations during this period and there may be short delays.

RE-DEPLOYMENT. If at any time BUPA is not reasonably satisfied with the performance or ability of any person engaged by or on behalf of the Supplier in relation to the provision of the Services, it may request the Supplier to re- deploy and replace such person so that they no longer work with BUPA. Upon such request, the Supplier shall promptly redeploy and replace such person (wholly at the Supplier’s cost and expense) to give effect to BUPA’s wishes in any event within 3 Business Days.
